Common questions

Is the price on the poster the final price?

Yes. Every price on this site is the price printed on the poster, in US dollars. If a poster shows a crossed-out price, the lower one is what you pay.

What does "open box" mean?

The box was opened, usually for a display unit or a return, and the product is complete and working. Open-box accessories are priced below sealed ones for that reason.

Can I get more RAM or a bigger SSD?

Most laptops on the wall list a RAM upgrade price on their poster. Ask about the exact laptop and we will tell you what it can take and what it costs.

Does the free bag come with every laptop?

Every laptop poster with the FREE bag icon includes a carry bag at no extra cost.

Can I reserve something before I come?

Yes. Add it to your bag on the shop page and send the order on WhatsApp, or just message us the model name. We hold it for you until the next day.

Do you deliver?

Ask us when you order. Delivery options and warranty terms depend on the product, and we confirm them on WhatsApp before you pay.
